Support tailored to you
A needs assessment will be completed to determine how our service can best support you. Our staff can help with tasks such as hoovering, making lunch, buying shopping and doing laundry (to name a few). Please note that our care assistants do not provide personal care.
Friendly trustworthy staff
At Springfield Home Support we know how important it is to feel safe and cared for. All of our staff are DBS checked and have experience working in a caring capacity. We look after our own and only employ those that love what they do.
Focus on your emotional wellbeing
We want the people that we work with to feel happy and fulfilled, just as we would our own family. For this reason your care assistant will spend part of their visit directly with you, this may be having a cup of tea in the garden, playing cards or completing another activity that you enjoy.
